What is the Subaru Love Promise?

Subaru and our retailers believe in making the world a better place and the Subaru Love Promise is our vision of respecting all people. This is our commitment to show love and respect to our customers and to work to make a positive impact in the world.

The Subaru Love Promise Community Commitment

We believe in being a positive force in something bigger. And it all starts right here in our community. Not just by our donations, but by our actions.

That's why we stay true to our Love Promise Community Commitment by partnering with a wide variety of community nonprofits and charities.

Every year, we join hands with our owners in the "Share the Love" event, giving back to our community-a community that's given so much to us.

So, every day, we strive to ensure our love is felt not just by our customers, but by all in our community. We do this because we feel it is the right thing to do.

We are proud to participate in the Love Promise Community Commitment. We're grateful, not only to be a part of our community, but to serve and support the causes and passions that are closest to our hearts, right here in our neighborhood.

All of the organizations we support have one thing in common: the unwavering dedication to improve the world and the lives of its people.

How is Village Subaru dedicated locally to the Love Promise?

Our Love Promise can be seen in various partnerships with local charities and non-profits. We're grateful for the opportunity, not only to be a part of our community, but to serve it as well. Village Subaru will be active all year supporting all the Love Promise Programs. Through the Love the Environment drive we have been collecting and recycling the waste from our refreshment areas (Kurig Cups, Paper Cups, Snack Wrappers etc) to be broken down and made into outdoor accessories like planters, benches and playground toys to be donated to the local community. Through the Loves to Care event we just donated Comfy Blankets to Brigham and Womans Hospital for their Cancer and Leukemia patients going through treatment. We will also be collecting School Supplies and making a Donation of Childrens Books to Local schools as part of the Subaru Loves Learning campaign. We hope everyone can join us October 27th for our annual Subaru Loves Pets Event where we will have a local Adopt-a-Pet/Rescue bring in some furry friends looking for new homes! We always end the year with the Subaru Share the Love event encouraging our customers to choose our local Charity; the Joslin Diabetes Center, so we can donate $250 for every new Subaru Sold through this hugely successful Subaru of America Event! We want to thank all of our customers for giving us the opportunity to serve them, and allowing us to better serve our community

Subaru Loves to Care Donation  –  Laura W

On July 10, 2018, Village Subaru made a generous donation of warm blankets and a message of hope cards to cancer patients at Brigham and Women's Hospital. The visit to the hospital was made extra special because Village Subaru President, Ron Santilli was able to meet with a cancer patient, Ken MacDonald, who was undergoing treatment. The donation was appreciated but being able to connect in person and show support to patients like Ken made an even larger and lasting impact. Best of all Ken is a proud Subaru owner! The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society thanks Village Subaru for their strong support in helping patients in the community.

We have purchased quite a few Subaru's from this dealer. Every purchase was easy and hassle-free. The best one was when I bought a car and returned it within a month. I was miserable with the car because it was a smaller car than what I used to have. The manager realized my disappointment, he personally came in and gave me an excellent deal by giving me a good price for both the returned car and the new car. All done within 45 minutes. The service team of this branch is unbelievable nice and good. Always polite and cheerful. We love Village Subaru.
